Best Rated Projects for Building Quality in Gurgaon

Central Park Resort

Located at Sector 48 on Jalan Sohna, Central Park Resorts has been managed by the prestigious HOK International Ltd. designed. Reviewers rated this project 4.6 out of 5 for the build quality. While this is a well-maintained community with more than 20 facilities, maintenance costs are prohibitively high, say several residents in the 99-acre rating and review section. Central Park Resorts is located on 47 hectares and includes 1,400 units in 2 BHK, 3 BHK and 4 BHK configurations.

Villa Emaar

Emaar The Vilas, an exquisite residential project, was developed by Emaar Mgf Developers in DLF Phase 2. The project spans over 23 hectares and offers more than 40 facilities including a golf course, sauna, aerobics center and hot tub, between other. While the quality of the construction and the large green area with the miniature golf course seemed positive to reviewers, some pointed to problems with plastering the walls.
